About Me…
My name is Matt Connell and I am a multi-disciplinary producer, creator, and musician.
My main focuses include: Music Production and Audio Engineering(recording, mixing & mastering), Music Videos, Photography (portraits, album covers, live events),
As a musician I play guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, sing, and dabble in “keyboard” instruments such as piano, organ and synths. I write songs solo, and regularly co-write songs with other songwriters. My music career began as the original drummer of the now 2 time Juno nominated grindcore/metal band “F*ck The Facts”. From there I went on to play in many other metal/punk/hardcore bands including Exhumed, Strong Intention, Descend Into Nothingness, Experiment In Terror, and Drudgery. After spending a decade as a touring musician, I shifted focus to my music production efforts, including music videos, as well as working on my own solo recordings.
